I'm really blown away by the support and service after the sale.

I had a problem with a Shimano battery on an e-bike I purchased in mid-2021. I reached out to Crazy Lenny's for help with the warranty claim from Shimano. Living in Connecticut, I figured I might not get a response. It took about 10 days, but they got back to me and were ready to assist. Much appreciated!

I’m really glad I did! We live in a place with hardly any E-Bike shops. Initially, we thought about ordering our bikes straight from the manufacturer and having them sent over. I couldn’t find any local options or decent online deals.

Crazy Lenny’s arranged for the bikes to be shipped to me via Dayton Freight, which was another awesome experience. Everything went off without a hitch. The bikes showed up 5 days later, and they were packed up really well!

Setting them up was a breeze! Crazy Lenny and his team were super easy to chat with. Very professional!

I got myself an ebike from Crazy Lenny's, and just a few days later, I picked up another one for my wife. A couple of months down the line, I also grabbed an E mountain bike. It's been a blast! Riding to work, hitting the biking trails, and just enjoying the outdoors has been a real treat. At 62 and weighing 225 lbs, these bikes have rekindled the joy of biking I felt when I was just a kid. Lenny's has taken care of some minor repairs for me and even crafted a custom hitch for my dog trailer. Their prices are always fair, and they really pay attention to what I need. Plus, having a big e-bike shop close by is a fantastic perk.
